Mini Bloom | Back to School Guide

While summer is in full swing, back-to-school is right around the corner. I always start prepping a month ahead of time because that time of year can often feel like a whirlwind switching from vacation mode to learning mode.

Below, I’ve made a list of my go-to back-to-school essentials to help ease the transition  from kid-friendly sunscreen to desk organizers to dinosaur hand sanitizer keychains. You got this, mom!

Sunny Stick

Here in California, the weather is still warm come back-to-school time, so I always make sure my kids have Mini Bloom’s Sunny Stick in their backpacks. The glide-on mineral sunscreen (SPF 30) makes it easy-to-use so kids can re-apply throughout the day while they’re at school or playing outside.

STATE Bags

I love STATE and everything they stand for. Not only are their designs simply the cutest (big fan of both their backpacks and lunch bags), for every bag purchased they donate a percentage to support American children and families in need. They donate fully-packed backpacks, participate in fun special projects, and partner with numerous charities and schools.

Stashers

I have eliminated all plastic where I can and Stashers’ reusable silicone bags are both functional and easy-to-use for kids. From bags to bowls, they’ve got a size for every snack.

Bombas Socks

Say goodbye to hole-y socks! Bombas socks stand up to the daily wear and tear that comes with being a kid, and my children love all their colorful designs. Additionally, the company is big on giving back and has donated over 50 million essential items (like socks, underwear, and t-shirts) to those experiencing street homelessness.

Yumi Snacks

Yumi only uses the best ingredients that offer proper nutrition, no additives, and organic fruits and veggies, so when my kids have a craving for sweets I don’t think twice about letting them snack on Yumi’s delicious fruit leathers.

Yeti Water Bottles

Sure, adults love their Yetis, but have you seen the kid’s size version? Not only is the Yeti Rambler adorable, it’s also durable and will keep their water cold all day. Not to mention, they’ll feel so proud twinning with you!

10-Piece Desk Organizer

I love to prepare for the upcoming school year by refreshing our at-home school supplies. This 10-piece desk caddy keeps things ultra organized and gets the kids excited for a new year of learning.

Ooly Elementary School Supplies

What I stock up with is anything and everything Ooly. Fun, imaginative, and innovative – I love filling the little’s backpacks and school desks with their colorful art supplies.

Hand Sanitizer Travel Keychains

Trying to get the kids to carry around hand sanitizer is admittedly a challenge, however, these fun dinosaur hand sanitizer keychains are the perfect solution. Anything to mitigate germs!

12|12 Organic Toddler & Kids Clothing

I’m always looking for great basics for my kids and everything from 12|12 is made with the softest, 100% organic, non-toxic fabric. And they come in the cutest designs ever, of course!
