The Mother Lode

A Mini Bloom Smoothie in 12-to-14 parts.

Ingredients
2 cups of water
1 serving of Protein Powder of choice
2 cups Kale (approx 4 stems) - stems removed / chopped or torn
1 cup Spinach (approx 1 generous handful)
1/2 Avocado (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup of Grapes (frozen)
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Bee Pollen
1 cup ice
2 stalks of celery (optional)
1/2 squeezed lime (optional)

Directions

  • Pour 2 cups of liquid into blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Sip and enjoy!
